Exchange & Guarantees

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges! The process is simple and easy. Please read What is the exchange process like? for details.

What is the cost of making an exchange?

Only shipping expenses. There is no additional cost to make an exchange.

How long after a purchase can I make an exchange?

You have 30 days from the moment the purchase was made to make an exchange.

What is the exchange process like?

To request an exchange the product must be in the same condition in which it was received. Dirty, worn, damaged or washed products will not be accepted. All products must have their original labels, tags and packaging.

Garments must be sent in the same packaging they were received to our offices in order to be reviewed for exchange.

It is Maqui Active's discretion to decide if the returned product is accepted for exchange. If a product does not meet the requirements to be exchanged, it will be returned at the customer's expense. Once the garment is received and approved for exchange, we will contact you via email to meet your requirements for the new product. Shipping charges for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

Where should we send products for exchanges?

All products must be sent to: Carrera 51B # 82-254. Office 29, CC Bahía, in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. Zip Code is 080002.

Are SALE items eligible for exchanges?

Marked down products are not eligible for exchanges.

After an exchange has been made, how long does it take for my new product to arrive?

Once the product leaves our warehouse delivery time is between 2-8 business days.

Warranties

How long is the product guaranteed?

You have 30 days, from the moment the purchase was made, to make use of the product guarantee. After this time the guarantee is not valid.

The guarantee must be requested in writing by contacting us at [email protected]. The guarantee does not cover defects due to misuse, washing, storage or the like.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will take care of making the exchange for a new product as quickly as possible and all associated costs will be taken care by us.
