How do I know the status of my order?

Once your purchase is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, a purchase ID and a tracking number. When your order is ready for delivery you will receive a second email that will notify you when the package is on its way to you. With your tracking number you will be able to follow the status of your order at any time. If you are not receiving our emails, please contact us at [email protected] or via Whatsapp.

Can I change, cancel or add something to my order after I have completed the purchase?

Orders cannot be canceled. If your order is not yet out for delivery, we may be able to modify it. Once the order has left our warehouse we must wait until it has been delivered and start an exchange process. Do you have special packaging for gifts?

Of course! Just remember to let us know when you place your order that your order is a gift by simply marking the gift box option. We will make sure it is packed for your special someone and you will also have the option of adding a customized message. We have free basic packaging (bag) for free and more elaborate packaging (box) for an additional $5.00 USD.
