International Shipping

Does international shipping cost?

Yes, the total cost will depend on the weight of the order and country of destination. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout. After the price is calculated you have the option to proceed with your order or cancel it.

What is the delivery time?

International shipments commonly take between 5-10 business days. The exact time will be calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address information.

How can I track my purchase?

Once your purchase is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, a purchase ID and a tracking number. When your order is ready for delivery you will receive a second email that will notify you when the package is on its way to you. Domestic Shipping

Does domestic shipping have a cost?

Shipping is free for orders inside Colombia whose total is above 180,000 Colombian pesos. If your order is less than or equal to this amount it will have a cost that will be specified at check out.

What is the delivery time?

2-8 business day depending on the city. Delivery times are considered 24 hours after payment of the purchase has been approved. For PRE-ORDER products this time begins from the day that product is available. Inside the description of each product, you will identify if the product is set for PRE-ORDER.

Can I change my shipping information after completing the purchase?

If your order is not yet out for the delivery, we may be able to modify the shipping information. Once the order has left our warehouse we must wait until it has been delivered to the original address to start a returns process. If you want to modify your delivery information, contact us at [email protected].

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we have the Pick-Up in Store service available for the city of Barranquilla only. The collection address is Cra. 51B # 82-254 office 29. The collection time must be coordinated via email at [email protected].

Can someone other than the person who made the purchase receive the order?

Yes, just make sure all the information of the person who receives is included in the shipping address. Full name, cell phone, and address.

Do you accept cash on delivery payments?

Not at the time.

What carrier ships my order?

All our domestic shipments are delivered with Coordinadora.
